◆Move-out

Please note the following when moving out of the apartment.
① Make an offer to the landlord or the management company one month before moving out.
② Remove your personal belongings without leaving any trash. (Charge for oversized garbage and recycled home appliances: please see the website of the city where you live.)
③ Check the room with landlord or the management company.
④ Return the key after terminating your contract.
⑤ Pay the billed amount for restoration if incurred. (Give the landlord of the management company your contact information.)
